Hours:

Monday through Friday 9 AM - 2:30 PM

Compensation:

$15.00 - $17.00 a hour based on experience

Administrative Assistant duties include:

Providing administrative support to ensure smooth operation of the Company. Administrative Assistant is to support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. May direct and lead the work of others.

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls

Schedule meetings and and appointments

Produce and distribute correspondence, letters, notices, forms, proporosals etc

Order company inventory

Mantain time keeping records

Mantain employee files

Enforce employee schedule

Oversee and supervise the work of junior staff

Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records

Assist with hiring of employees

Assist with all HR related tasks

Assist with company marketing needs

Requirements:

Proven admin or assistant experience

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills ( bilingual Spanish and English)

Strong organizational and planning skills

Proficient in MS Office

High school diploma!

Hours:

Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM.

Compensation:

$18.00 a hour or based on experience

Job Duties:

Performing building inspections, inventory control, overseeing employees, traveling to various accounts, new account set-up, resolving customer complaints, assisting with project for if needed, ensuring OSHA compliance and covering for absent employees.

Requirements:

Managerial experience in the commercial cleaning industry is required. Janitorial experience and floor care experience (stripping, waxing & carpet cleaning) is required.

*Successful candidates must have superior work ethics, customer service skills, and technical knowledge in all facets of commercial cleaning including administrative duties- using email, tablets, computers are a must*

*Must possess a "hands-on" style of management with the ability to motivate and lead the work of others*

*Will be responsible for providing on-the-job training, for maintaining cooperative working relationships, and having the ability to analyze situations and take effective actions*

* Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary*

*The position is high profile within a busy customer driven environment*

*Must Speak English and Spanish*
